What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own and evolve our AWS infrastructure while enjoying a great time serving the multiverse of brands and companies that we serve and protect.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Automate everything: infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, alerts, and scaling.
  • Implement and uphold DevSecOps practices: IAM, secrets management, network policies, vulnerability scanning.
  • Build out observability with tools.
  • Work with the team to plan sprint priorities and shape DevOps strategy.
  • What We Are Looking For:
  • 2+ years in DevOps role, ideally in cloud-native environments.
  • Deep hands-on experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, VPC, RDS, IAM, S3, Route 53, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of Linux systems, networking, and security.
  • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiar with monitoring, logging, and alerting best practices.
  • Experience supporting a 24/7 production environment with on-call rotation.
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate across superhero teams and share knowledge generously with mentors, mentees and peers.
  • Someone who loves the multiverse of technology like we do and has love for reel or real life superheroes and characters like we do.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Education qualification may be relaxed for exceptional candidates).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in DevOps role.
