Key responsibilities:

  • Develop integrated brand and communication strategies aligned with client requirements
  • Analyze market data, category trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover consumer motivations and behaviors
  • Turn complex data into simple, actionable insights
  • Identify key consumer insights and cultural trends to form strategic recommendations
  • Translate research and data into clear, inspiring briefs for creative teams
  • Evaluate campaign performance and use insights to optimize future initiative
  • Identify emerging social, cultural, and behavioral trends to inform brand strategy and creative development
  • Partner with account management and creative teams to ensure strategy consistency across touchpoints
  • Mentor junior planners and foster a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Minimun 5 years of experience in Brand Strategy within an agency environment
  • Skilled at interpreting data and research into actionable insights
  • Insightful, perceptive, and tuned in to the evolving media and cultural landscape
  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills and be able to simplify complexity and make strategy inspiring
  • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback

Job Details

  • Working days: 5 days/week (Occasional flexibility may be required based on project needs)
  • Location: Level 1, House 1A, Road No. 16/A, Gulshan 1, Dhaka 1212
  • Salary: Negotiable
