The Akash Makeover: A Digital Story Powered by Analyzen
When Akash first started in Bangladesh, they needed a simple website to let people know about their brand. The goal was to spread awareness show what services they offer, where people could buy a set-top box, and collect phone numbers of interested customers. The site was static just basic information, no extra features.
New Needs: “Can We Sell Online Too?”
After a few months, Akash realized they needed more than just a website. They wanted to let customers buy products online. That’s where Analyzen came in. We helped integrate e-commerce features into the site, working with banks and payment gateway providers to make sure people could safely pay online. This took about six months and gave Akash a fully working online shop.
Next Step: “Let Customers Manage Their Own Packages”
Once online sales were running, Akash wanted to give users more control. What if a customer wanted to change their package? Or see what they’ve bought before? Or manage different devices?
Analyzen built a Self-Care Portal where customers could log in, manage their subscriptions, see past purchases, and even use a virtual wallet to buy packages. No need to call anyone customers could do it all themselves.
One Big Issue: “Same Login Everywhere, Please”
Akash also built a mobile app, but customers had to log in separately on the website and app. That was frustrating.
So Analyzen built a smart system called User Access Management (UAM). It made sure customers could use one account for everything website, app, and even admin tools. It handled sign-ups, logins, forgotten passwords all in one place. Simple for users, secure for the system.
Helping Distributors Too
Besides customers, Akash also wanted to help their distributors. We built a dynamic database of all distributors across the country, which helped with marketing and lead collection.
We also created a special portal where each distributor could enter their name, logo, and address and instantly get a mini website (microsite) that looked like Akash’s main site. Customers could even buy from those microsites. Because these sites were hosted under Akash’s main domain, it also gave a big boost to Akash’s SEO (search engine visibility).
The Outcome: A Seamless Digital Experience
With all the digital upgrades in place, the entire experience became much more seamless. Customers could now buy products online, manage their subscriptions, and view their purchase history all from one platform. Distributors also gained value by promoting themselves through personalized microsites and collecting leads with ease. For Akash, the systems became more connected, efficient, and user-friendly, allowing them to deliver a smoother, faster, and more trustworthy experience.
